Winter Terms and Conditions.
- Bookings are confirmed in writing on receipt of deposit.
- 50% deposit required to confirm booking payable within 7 days of booking, balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payment can be made via direct deposit, cheque or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. A 3% credit card surcharge applies.
- Cancellation policy: A 10% service fee of package price is applicable to cancellations over 90 days, 30 to 90 days a 20% service fee applies, 7 to 30 days a 35% service fee applies, from 1 to 7 days deposit is forfeited, persons with bookings who fail to cancel, cancel on day of booking or during stay will be charged full package fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Old Ingebirah Homestead.
- Smoking is not permitted inside Old Ingebirah Homestead.
- Children under 1 year of age stay free where no additional bedding is required. A cot is available.
- No refunds will be made due to weather, snow or road conditions or other unforseen circumstances. Travel insurance is recommended.
- The Premises are to be left in the condition that they were found. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for properties left in an unsatisfactory condition, and if any dishes, pots/pans etc are not clean and have not been put away.
- Snowy River Horseback Adventure shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or delay which may result in connection with any activity arranged by Snowy River Horseback Adventure and reserves the right to alter the locations or activities when considered necessary.
